Identities decide much of human behavior. Whatever type
of person a person thinks they are, they will tend to do the
behavior associated with that identity, for example: Smokers
smoke. Left on their own, people tend to continue or revert
back to behavior that agrees with their identity, even if
they know they shouldn’t. The reason hypnosis gets results
for people, is that it works directly with the unconscious
mind, and makes specific alterations to a person’s identity.
The prime directive of the unconscious mind is to do what is
most healthy and beneficial for the body. A hypnotherapist
works with the unconscious mind, which makes changes seem
very easy because the conscious mind isn’t getting in the
way of what will benefit the body most.
Time-Line Therapy helps people clear up negative emotions
like anger, sadness, fear, and guilt. It is a light trance
method that can help a client clear up limiting decisions
that were made at some time in the past, but are limiting
choices and possibilities in the present. It can also be
used to free clients from emotions due to trauma.
NLP uses language to help clients understand human
communication better, and get better results, both from
themselves and from others. When clients learn to work with
their language and the way they communicate, more life
choices open up to them.
